Peanut Butter, Banana and Blueberry Overnight Oats

I love making overnight oats. They are nutritious, healthy, delicious and so convenient. Your breakfast is ready the minute you wake up, which is great.

You can customize your overnight oats however you want. I put banana, blueberries, peanut butter and some granola in mine. I love the crunch from the granola and the protein from the peanut butter and greek yogurt will keep me full throughout the morning. Even try these overnight oats topped with my Reason to Rise Granola!

The next time you know you have a busy morning coming up, throw a batch of overnight oats in the fridge and you'll have a delicious and filling breakfast ready for you when you wake up.
