Banana and Peanut Butter Baked Oatmeal
I am such a big fan of oatmeal. There are so many ways you can bake and even cook with it. Baked oatmeal is a delicious option for a unique and versatile breakfast in the morning.
This oatmeal recipe could not be easier to throw together. It includes a few simple ingredients such as banana, cinnamon and gooey peanut butter spread over the top.
You get everything you need in this breakfast to keep you fueled throughout the morning. The carbohydrates from the oats, potassium from the banana and protein from the peanut butter all work together in the most delicious way to give you tons of energy. I hope you enjoy!
Banana and Peanut Butter Baked Oatmeal:

1/2 cup oats
1/16th teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons mashed banana
3 tablespoons almond milk
1 tablespoon coconut oil
1 stevia packet
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon natural creamy peanut butter
- Preheat the oven to 350°. Combine all of the ingredients, other than the peanut butter, in a small bowl. Transfer to a greased ramekin and bake for 15-20 minutes. In the last minute of cooking turn the broiler on high and let the top get nice and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and take the baked oatmeal out of the ramekin and turn it out onto a plate. Top with the peanut butter and enjoy.
