Almond Milk Chocolate Chip Slushie
I love making healthy, yet filling slushies for a nighttime dessert. I usually come up with a slushie recipe depending on what yummy ingredients I have around in my kitchen.
Last night I had some coconut milk chocolate ice cream, wonderful dark chocolate pieces and vanilla almond milk. They were all great ingredients to make a very chocolatey and delicious slushie.
This drink is a healthy way to help satisfy those sweet cravings you may get late at night. It is low calorie and extremely filling because you can make a large batch and drink the whole thing without any guilt. Enjoy!
Almond Milk Chocolate Chip Slushie:
1 1/2 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1/3 cup SoDelicious chocolate ice cream
2 dark chocolate pieces
1 cup ice
10 drops liquid stevia
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and blend on high for 30 seconds to 1 minute until the ice is crushed. Serve and enjoy!
